A claim lodged, a journey continuing

Understanding where our claim stands, and where it's heading.

Wai 2000 is a claim to the Waitangi Tribunal, lodged by six of our people over twenty years ago on behalf of our whānau and hapū. This site exists so that anyone connected to the claim — especially the mokopuna growing up after it began — can see what's happened, what's happening now, and what's still ahead.
